Politik Hukum Adat Bima: Dari Sintesis, Transpalntasi Hingga Konservasi Hukum

Tujuan peneltian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola perkembangan hukum adat Bima dan melihat bagaiman politik hukum adat Bima serta eksistensinya pasca reformasi, sehingga diketahui kecenderungannya. Jenis penelitian adalah non-doctrinal atau socio legal (kualitatif), dengan pendekatan sejarah dan yuridis (historical and juridical approach), Data yang digunakan terdiri atas, data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian menemukan; (1) pola perkembangan hukum adat Bima terdapat, a) sitensis hukum, yaitu ketika hukum adat dan hukum Islam bertemu lalu saling mengisi, dan tidak terdapat konfrontasi diantara keduanya, b) transplantasi hukum, terjadi ketika sistem hukum kolonial merangsek ke dalam tatanan lokal dengan membatasi kewenangan lembaga peradilan Islam, yang menyebabkan kekosongan hukum, c) Integrasi hukum, ketika pemerintah pusat membangun politik hukum keseragaman lewat kodivikasi dan univikasi, (2) ketika reformasi berhembus, hukum adat Bima terpositivisasi, lewat berbegai bentuk kebijakan, seperti perda, (3) adalah komunitas masyarakat Donggo yang yang sampai saat ini masih menjalankan hukum adat, dengan segala kelentunturan dan berbagai bentuk sanksinya, mulai dari di nasehati, di nikahkan secara paksa, di pukul, di ‘baja’ (di arak keliling kampung), sampai pada pemberian sanksi ganda. Bertahannya hukum adat di Donggo akibat langsung dari upaya konservasi oleh berbagai pihak, poin dua dan tiga selain menjadi pola perkerkembangan hukum adat Bima (positivisasi dan konservasi) juga menjadi kecenderunganya pasca reformasi

Peranan Etika Kerja Islam terhadap Hubungan Locus of Control dengan Kinerja Karyawan

This study’s objectives to asses moderating effect of Islamic work ethic variable to relationship in between locus of control with employers performance. The asses used Simple linear regression and Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). Census method was used this study which included 32 responden from PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Cabang Palu employers. Result of the study indicated significantly effect of Islamic work ethic from relationship between locus of control to employers performance. Interaction coeficient marked negatif with significant ρ about 0.014 (ρ < 0.05) that it mind variable of islamic work ethic would be moderating variable which its fungtion diluted relationship locus of control to employers performance. Therefore, it need carefully to handle Islamic work ethic of employers if want to improve their performance by locus of control percieved

PENERAPAN HUKUMAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEDISIPLINAN SISWA DI SMK NEGERI 1 PANGKALAN BUN KAB. KOTAWARINGIN BARAT

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep, pelaksanaan dan hasil penerapan hukuman bagi peningkatan disiplin siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Pangkalan Bun Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat Kalimantan Tengah pada tahun 2017 melalui pengalaman terbaik (best practice). Dengan penerapan hukuman berpengaruh sangat signifikan bagi peningkatan disiplin siswa. Hasil kerja penulis di lapangan menunjukan bahwa kedisiplinan guru piket melaksanakan pengawasan untuk menerapkan hukuman bagi siswa yang terlambat masuk/terlambat datang ke sekolah, baik disiplin menjaga piket maupun keliling kelas sangat efektif untuk mengendalikan keterlambatan siswa. Dengan penerapan hukuman tersebut berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap disiplin siswa sehingga tidak terbiasa lagi siswa SMK Negeri 1 Pangkalan Bun terlambat masuk sekolah

The objective of this study is to analyze the growth of radicalism, peacebuilding, and the role of inter-religious dialogue in Papua from a broader perspective. This paper argues that the Religious Harmony Forum (FKUB) and the Religious Leaders Communication Forum (FKPPA) have succeeded in maintaining harmony in Papua. However, the threat of religious radicalism remains an issue in the complexity of the political conflicts that occur. The Harmony Integrity Zone model in Jayapura district is an effort of inter-religious dialogue that is good enough to be replicated with modifications in other places. UPAYA PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK MELALUI METODE SIMULASI PADA MATA PELAJARAN AKIDAH AKHLAK KELAS VIII MTSN 2 TANA TORAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak pada materi taat dan taubat pada kelas VIII di MTsN 2 Tana Toraja melalui metode simulasi.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTsN 2 Tana Jl. Poros Makassar-Tator Kel. Salubarani Kec. Gandangbatu Silllanan Kab.Tana Toraja Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang muncul didalam kelas.Penelitian ini menerapkan metode simulasi. Metode simulasi digunakan dalam rangka meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi aqidah akhlak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak melalui penerapan metode simulasi mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar. THE EFFECT OF KCN ON GOLD ADSORPTION FROM HCl SOLUTION BY SYNTHESIZED MAGNETIC ACTIVATED CARBON COMPOSITE FROM IRON SAND

The composites of magnetic activated carbon has been successfully synthesized by utilizing the available materi- als abundant in the country such as iron sand, and other chemicals which are easily procured in local markets at low prices. The phase identifi cation using X-ray diffraction technique showed that the magnetic part is Fe3O4 with crystallite size about 30 nm. The effectiveness of gold absorption from chloride solution by activated carbon magnetic composites are close to 100% and showed very dependent on pH. An addition of KCN in to the gold chloride solution can reduce effectiveness of activated carbon to adsorb gold by up to 20%. These might be caused by the formation of Au(CN)2-, in the solution, which could change the mechanism of adsorption of gold by the activated carbon. Based on these experimental results, by using chloride it is possible to recover valuable minerals from the ore processing of mining, which are economically,as well as environment friendly and safe

DEVELOPING FOUR-D TEACHING MODEL TO IMPROVE THE STUDENTS’ “AKIDAH TAUHID” COMPREHENSION

The Development of Four-D teaching model in Islamic Religion Education subject about the “Akidah Tauhid” aimed to overcome the lack of the students’ comprehension on “Akidah Tauhid” subject. This inovation was done by conducting teaching and learning approach oriented on problem solving using Four-D model that was based on group discussion. This research used research and development technique in which the action research model was applied to test the effectiveness of the  model. Observation, interview, documentation and questionnaire were used as the technique of collecting the data.  The results of the data analysis were as follows; 1) Teaching innovation using Four-D model can improve the learning quality and the process of the teaching and learning, after given the adequate pre-activity,  the students had the readiness to the teaching materials and comprehension to the “Akidah Tauhid” subject;  2) The result of the first cycle showed that the mean score of the teaching learning process using Four-D model was2.80 (good enough) and the results of the second cycle was 2.90 (good enough) and the third cycle was 3.80 (good). It can be concluded that there was improvement of the “Akidah Tauhid” comprehension in Islamic Religion Education using Four-D model

EXAMINING THE PATTANI CENTRAL MOSQUE AMID THE SOUTHERN THAILAND CONFLICT

Generally speaking, mosques and pondok (Islamic boarding schools) in Southern Thailand are regarded as place for fostering Muslim militants. In Pattani, many mosques are taken for granted as places to recruit Muslim militants against the Thai Government. For instance, Kru-Ze Mosque incident in 2004 had raised various militant, Islamist activities against the central government. In this regard, I believe that Pattani Central Mosque has non-violenceelements that could be activated as a sanctuary to hinder the unjust violence. Therefore, this article will examine the real quality of Pattani Central Mosque in southern Thailand on the basis of its profile. Consequently, readers would grasp a general picture about those matters. Thus, by analyzing the religious practices within the mosque,I conclude that Pattani Central Mosque seems to be composed of a fairly equal mixture of moderate and more conservative Muslims instead of those with radical and extreme tendencies.Keywords: Mosque, Islamic teaching practices, Salafy-Wahab
